Mobile means I come to you. I bring everything needed for your session — massage table, linens, music, oils, and tools — and set up in your home so you can fully relax without traveling before or after your session.

Before we begin, we’ll briefly discuss your goals, areas of concern, and any preferences or boundaries. Each session is unhurried and customized to your needs that day. My intention is for you to feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the entire experience.

Do I need to prepare my space in any way?

All I need is a quiet area with enough space for a massage table and room to move around it. Many clients like to dim the lights or adjust the temperature for comfort, but preparation can be as simple as making space and allowing yourself to arrive.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever feels comfortable before and after your session. During massage, you will be appropriately draped at all times, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered. Reiki sessions can be received fully clothed.

Is Reiki religious or affiliated with any belief system?

No. Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports relaxation, balance, and nervous-system regulation. It does not require any spiritual beliefs and works whether you approach it from a spiritual, emotional, or purely relaxation-based perspective.

What is distance (virtual) Reiki, and does it really work?

Distance Reiki allows you to receive energy healing without being physically present. Many clients find it deeply calming and effective for emotional support, grounding, and stress relief. You simply relax in a quiet space while I facilitate the session.
