This service can be experienced on its own or alongside other therapeutic and wellness practices, depending on what an individual responds to best. Every body processes sensory input differently, and this work offers another pathway for people to feel grounded, present, and supported.
1:1 Sound Bath & Breathwork
A guided one on one experience combining intentional breathing with healing sound.
This session supports stress reduction, emotional release, and deeper connection to the body.
