Services

Desert Rituals LLC provides mobile massage therapy, Reiki, energy healing, holistic wellness services, and related offerings. All services are intended for relaxation, stress reduction, and overall wellness support.

Services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or care. I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical advice.

Eligibility

By booking services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age, or have legal guardian consent
You are physically and mentally capable of receiving massage or energy-based services
You have disclosed all relevant health information prior to your session

Health Disclosure & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information before and during sessions. This includes medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy status, medications, or sensitivities.

Desert Rituals LLC is not responsible for issues arising from undisclosed or withheld information.

Booking & Appointments

All appointments are scheduled through the designated online booking system or approved communication methods.

Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time without price adjustment.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Because time is reserved exclusively for each client, advance notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Specific cancellation and no-show policies are outlined during the booking process and are subject to the terms of the booking platform. By booking, you agree to those policies.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking or service, as indicated in the scheduling system.

Accepted payment methods are listed during booking. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Packages & Memberships

Packages and memberships are non-transferable and may have expiration dates or usage requirements. Specific terms will be provided at the time of purchase.

Unused sessions may not be refunded unless otherwise stated.

Professional Boundaries

All services are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature.

Any inappropriate behavior, language, or conduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may result in refusal of future services.

Use of Products

Products such as magnesium cream are offered as wellness support tools. Individual results may vary. Desert Rituals LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products once they leave my care.

Clients are responsible for informing me of allergies or sensitivities prior to product use.
